By creating an account or using PronoSport, you agree to these terms.
What PronoSport is
A free, points-based football score-prediction game, for entertainment only. PronoSport is not gambling. No money is ever wagered, collected, or paid out — points have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money or prizes.
Your account
- One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure.
- Your handle (the permanent @name) is assigned once and can't be changed; your display name can be changed at any time.
- We may suspend or remove an account used to cheat, abuse other players, or interfere with the game for others.
Acceptable use
Don't use PronoSport to:
- Automate predictions, scrape the app, or interfere with its normal operation.
- Upload a display name or photo that's offensive, impersonates someone else, or infringes someone's rights.
- Harass or abuse other players, including inside a private group.
We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.
Predictions, points and odds
Match data, and the point value of each outcome, come from a third-party sports data provider and a statistical model. We do our best to keep this accurate and timely, but we don't guarantee it, and we're not liable for errors, delays, or interruptions in match data.
No warranty
PronoSport is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PronoSport and its creators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continuing to use PronoSport after an update means you accept the new terms.
